Heather MacDonald was railroaded in this hearing. The committee had no intent to use her testimony. MacDonald was never called upon after her introduction and then a few minute defense of it after a panelist next to Heather attacked her opening statement which was very unusual.

The House Judiciary Committee holds a hearing on the oversight of policing practices. This is an very interesting and telling hearing. This was a far left agenda on policing. Listen to all the legislative bills that the legislature is planning to introduce on policing. It’s crazy. Why is new FEDERAL legislation needed for local policing? I think the federal government is overreaching. It will be a nightmare for policing if the legislative bills proposed pass. I don’t see a need for the federal government to interfere with local policing.
